Those who cannot or cannot indulge in the luxury of a genuine espresso machine will do very well with the Nespresso capsules: espresso like in Italy. But: The whole thing is of course an unbelievable sacrilege in terms of sustainability, because there is a lot of garbage: aluminum capsules, complex packaging. And of course you also pay for the boutiques that are all in the finest locations and are part of the business model. Because pleasure is not cheap.

Even 5 minutes before closing time, they are friendly and service-oriented without looking hectic. The store is always clean and tidy.

If the coffee is empty and the coffee package comes in 2 days, you can fill it up here quickly. It's good that they also have shops.

Nice shop, easy checkout

No coffee testing possibility any more.. the lady sitting in the front door was very rude and unfriendly as we ask whether coffee testing still available.. we order more than 1000€ capsules a year.. to be treated that way! Unprofessional..this lady should be removed from the place..

Best coffee!

I think it’s sad before you could get a Coffee and cake. Then they changed it to just a coffee if your choice, and know it’s what they won’t to give you. I used to enjoy my visits to Nespresso but not any more I find it feels clinical, all they wont is you come in grab your Coffee and go. Ist not the staff they are very friendly it’s a Company Problem.

The flagship store in the center of Frankfurt. Nothing to say. ? You can drink a free cup of coffee after you buy it. The store does not recommend taking photos in the store.

Amazing staff and varieties

Cool for the cafe bar upstairs, where you can try samples of coffee for free if you have a Nespresso card. It’s just kind of awkward. People gather there and act as if they’re at a bar. I also really don’t like how you have to have your card in order to make a purchase. I would buy more if I didn’t need my damn card!

Nice Models

Very elegant shop and always friendly staff. The free coffee you get only with a "membership card" or after a purchase, but that's understandable. Good shop if you like coffee from aluminum capsules and the aluminum is not rejected for health reasons in principle.

I visit the Nespresso boutique on a regular basis and always feel very well advised as today when I once again bought a Nespresso machine as a gift - absolutely professional advice ... thank you very much ? ... always a very nice and competent team , Top performance / service!

The coffee quality is always perfect, the verity of products (capsules, Nespresso accessories..) is big but the service was super slow..

Always friendly and a great vibe

If you've ever been to Nespresso stores outside of Germany, the service will seriously underwhelm you here. Rarely any acknowledgement or explanation as to how and what to do. On the bright side, the facilities are pretty nice. If you know your way around you'll probably find the coffee pods you're searching for.

What can I say. Very obliging. Very nice. Coffee very tasty. It's true, the coffee is very expensive in relation to the powder coffee, but that can decide for everyone. Watching football in the stadium is also very expensive, but many people go there anyway. Everyone, as he likes. I'll just go get some coffee and drink.

Nice place to come to and buy capsule for a Nespresso coffee machine. The staff is friendly and helpful you with special requests. If you are a nespresso member, they offer you a free cup of coffee which you can drink at your leisure after your purchase. For those shopping abroad, they offer both TaxFree and take a VAT form for those with the military.
